		<description>Rebecca - I might be able to help you out with the cinnamon rolls.  My (late) beloved childhood caregiver - Mrs. Chiasson - was from Cape Breton and she made delectable rolls that I bet are a Nova Scotia specialty. According to Mrs. C  her Mom used to make them with scraps of the dough left over after making biscuits.  I think that my Mom has her recipe - I will find out tonight and if so, I can get you a copy.</description>
